White Cheddar Grit Cakes – Anson Mills grits griddled, topped with fired roasted tomato puree & grilled vegetables
Bubba Salad – Mixed greens w/ tomato, cucumber, red onion, buttermilk vinaigrette, and corn bread croutons

Entree:

Pimento Grilled Cheese – Slow roasted pulled pork topped with our house-made pimento cheese spread, toasted on South Union Italian bread
Cajun Shrimp Po’ Boy – Cornmeal crusted shrimp, tomato, red onion, and bread & butter pickles with a charred lemon aioli
Vegetarian Stack – South Union focaccia filled with grilled seasonal vegetables, pepper jack cheese, and fire-roasted marinara
Fried Chicken – 2 Pieces White w/ bread & butter pickles and a choice of one side
