Flan – Local sweet corn, Reichert Dairy Air goat cheese, carrot dressing and pea shoots

Grass-fed Beef – Hickory Hills Farm braised beef, local black beans & fried corn tortillas, local summer vegetables and local heirloom tomato salsa

Bombay Burger – Bombay burger, fried summer vegetables and warm julienned zucchini salad
