Mesclun Salad – dried cherries, walnuts, crumbled goat cheese, truffle-balsamic vinaigrette.
Spinach Salad – baby spinach, warm bacon dressing, hard-boiled egg, peppered bacon, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese.

Choice of Entrée

Shrimp & Sausage Spaetzle – zucchini, Graziano’s Italian sausage, heirloom tomatoes, basil, smoked tomato cream. (Vegetarian Option Available.) Plus $2
Ratatouille Omelet – Rooster Ridge eggs, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onions, Pernod red sauce, basil and feta cheese.
Salmon A la Mo – Mo Rub seasoned Faroe Island salmon, roasted fingerling potatoes, Vermouth, sauce citron. Plus $2
Steak Haché – Ribeye chop steak, caramelized onions, aged cheddar, fig mustard, brioche, asparagus with blue cheese.
Walleye Niçoise– Fingerling potatoes, anchovy crusted walleye, green beans, heirloom tomatoes, roasted radishes, hard-boiled egg, Kalamata olives, Anisette vinaigrette. Plus $2

Choice of Dessert

Chocolate torte – gluten free torte, mixed berry sauce, whipped cream
Rooster Ridge Cherry Clafoutis – Crème de Cassis, whipped cream.
